OPADE seeks to promote interfaith dialogue, particularly through individuals of peace and goodwill who do not hesitate to take a stand to resolve conflicts. We support figures who are committed to promoting the values of tolerance and fraternity, and who emphasize what unites peoples in their shared humanity.

Thus, we believe that dialogue among civilizations, rooted in respect for beliefs and peoples, is a driving factor for peace and social stability. A people's cultural identity is its strength and must not mean turning inward, but rather opening up to others.

OPADE considers Education for All to be a priority challenge of this century. Literacy and access to knowledge are essential to unlock employment opportunities for youth and to strengthen adult skills. Consequently, we aim to develop and support partnerships between Africa and other regions of the world, particularly in Asia and the Middle East, which possess rich experience in development that Africa could draw inspiration from.
